Nobara is Fedora based.
Local hostnames
Local hostnames are handled differently on Fedora and is not resolved properly.
Easiest workaround is to just to make the IP static and add it to /etc/hosts like so:
sudo -c 'echo “192.161.1.2 mserver” > /ect/hosts\'
