General gaming stuff on Linux

To make sure all games always work on first try:

• Use ProtonPlus or Proton-Qt to get more proton versions
• Get the Proton-GE Latest version. Yes, that is what it's called.
• Restart Steam
• Go to Steam settings
• Change Compatibility option to this new version
• Restart Steam again, and you're set for “life”

• GOverlay for config on Pika or Nobara
• Mango Juice for Bazzite

However, Mango Juice has no switch for no label on time and I like the time. So that needs a manual config in that case.

Config file is placed in ~/.config/MangoHud/

No label on Time: time_no_label

Add to properties: mangohud %command%

• Find the .desktop file
  • Right click the Launcher icon
    and/or
  • Autostart is here: ~/.config/autostart/Steam.desktop, right clickable?
• Add MANGOHUD=1 to the Environment-box
